Report Regarding Applicability of FCC Equal Employment Opportunity Rules to KMUS(AM), Sperry, Oklahoma, February 1, 2011
Radio Disney Group, LLC, licensee of KMUS(AM), Sperry, Oklahoma, (the "Station"), which is an equal opportunity employer, hereby certifies that as of February 1, 2011, the Station had fewer than five full-time employees. Therefore, pursuant to the FCC's equal employment opportunity ("EEO") rules, the Station will not be filing an annual EEO public file report this February 1, 2011. Even though the Station is not required to file an EEO public file report, Radio Disney Group, LLC adheres to its policy regarding equal employment opportunity.
