I. BRIEF OVERVIEW OF PROMOTION
"Best of Both Worlds" Concert Tickets Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is a sweepstakes. All entrants will be entered into a random drawing and (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected.
II. NAME OF SPONSOR(S)
Radio Disney, a division of ABC Radio Networks Assets, LLC and Verizon Wireless (hereinafter referred to as "Radio Disney.")
III. ELIGIBILITY
Entrants must be legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) who are physically located and residing therein (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions) who are 14 years of age or younger as of September 29, 2007.
Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Radio Disney AM 590, its licensee Radio Disney Atlanta, LLC, or Verizon Wireless, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year.
IV. HOW AND WHEN TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
Pick up entry form at the Radio Disney section located prominently at each "Sing Along to Hannah Montana" event at select Verizon Wireless stores between September 29, 2007 and November 11, 2007.
Fill out and drop completed entry form into the marked sweepstakes entry box during the event. Each event is limited to specified time and entries must be received by the end of the event.
Entrant can only enter once for the Sweepstakes. Entries in excess of the limit by the same person will be disqualified. All required Entry Information must be completed in full. Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void.
Entries remain the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
V. HOW AND WHEN WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED
The winner of the event ("Grand Prize Winner") will be selected and notified at the conclusion of that event. The winner must be present at the event around [STATE TIME OF DRAWING] to claim prize.
If a potential Winner is found to be ineligible or he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, that potential Winner will be disqualified and another entrant may, at Sponsor's sole discretion be selected as a Winner, as applicable.
Odds of winning depend on number of valid entries received. Many will enter and only one will win the grand prize.
VI. PRIZE(S)
One Grand Prize Winner will receive (2) two tickets to the Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus "Best of Both Worlds" concert.
All expenses not specifically provided for herein are the Winner's sole responsibility. Some restrictions may apply.
The estimated cash value of the Grand Prize is sixty dollars ($60).
Winners are not entitled to exchange or transfer prizes or to obtain cash or other substitutes, but sponsors in their sole discretion may substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
Sponsor is not responsible for cancellation or preemption of event or for other circumstances that make it impractical or impossible to fulfill this element of the prize.
VII. RELEASES
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the sweepstakes administrator, which shall be final in all respects.
By participating in this sweepstakes and accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to release Radio Disney AM 590, its licensee Radio Disney Atlanta, LLC, Verizon Wireless and their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize.
Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor's sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.
To claim prize: (a) winner must provide proof of age, identity and residency; and (b) winner must sign and return affidavit of eligibility/compliance with rules, publicity/liability release and indemnification, all within the time period specified by Sponsor.
VIII. MISCELLANEOUS -WINNER LIST
Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the Sweepstakes in the event of tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the Sweepstakes as originally planned.
