SWEEPSTAKES RULES
I. NAME OF SPONSOR(S)
Radio Disney, a division of ABC Radio Networks Assets, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Radio Disney").
II. ELIGIBILITY
Entrants must be legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) who are physically located and residing therein (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions) who are 14 years of age or younger as of June 30, 2008.
Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Radio Disney, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year.
III. HOW AND WHEN TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
Log on to the sweepstakes website at www.RadioDisney.com, or go to the participating Radio Disney event as announced on your local Radio Disney station. Events will also be posted on RadioDisney.com. Get from the event location, or contact your local station and have them mail a Sweepstakes Entry Form to you.
To participate, complete, sign and arrange for parent's and/or legal guardian's signature (if required) on Sweepstakes Entry Form, go to the participating Radio Disney event, submit completed and signed Sweepstakes Entry Form into the "Enter to Win" drawing box.
Failure to satisfactorily complete and timely submit Sweepstakes Entry Form as required herein will result in disqualification of entrant. Sweepstakes entries remain the property of Sponsors and will not be returned.
Entrant can only qualify once per market during the entire "Sweepstakes Period" inclusive of events taking place from June 1 – June 30, 2008. Entries in excess of the limit by the same person will be disqualified. All required Entry Information must be completed in full. Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void.
Entries must be received by 5pm ET on June 30, 2008.
Only one entry per household.
Sponsor is not responsible for mail that is lost, stolen, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, mutilated, misdirected, altered, tampered with, or postage-due.
Sponsor is not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
IV. HOW AND WHEN WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED AND NOTIFIED
One (1) local winner ("Semi Finalist") from each participating Radio Disney market will be selected after all events in each such market have been completed, but no later than July 8th, 2008. If there are multiple events per market, one winner from each event in that market will be placed into a random drawing and the winner of that drawing will be submitted into the National Grand Prize Drawing for the trip to Los Angeles, CA. One semi-Finalist per market.
Based on random drawing of all entries submitted for the National Grand Prize, one (1) grand prize winner ("Grand Prize Winner") will be selected and notified by phone on or about July 10, 2008. Response to winner notification must be received by Sponsor within 10 business days or the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting.
If a potential Winner is found to be ineligible or he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, that potential Winner will be disqualified and another entrant may, at Sponsor's sole discretion be drawn as a Winner, as applicable, time permitting.
Odds of winning depend on number of valid entries received. Many will enter, few become semi-finalists, and only one will win the Grand Prize.
Limit one semi-finalist prize per person for this Sweepstakes. People who have won any other prizes on their local Radio Disney station within 90 days of entry are not eligible to enter this sweepstakes.
Additional sweepstakes and contests may be held in any given local event on a market-by-market basis. Consult your local event site for further details regarding entries and possible local sweepstakes and or contests.
V. PRIZE(S)
The Grand Prize is a trip to Los Angeles, CA! Trip includes: roundtrip coach class airfare for four (4) from an airport near the Grand Prize Winner's residence to the event location as determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor; two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one room quadruple occupancy) at a hotel of Sponsor's choosing; and roundtrip ground transportation between the destination airport and the hotel. Also includes transportation on the Gibson tour bus, a tour of Hollywood and Beverly Hills and private meet & greet with Camp Rock's own, Demi Lovato.
Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.) Final actual value may be considerably higher or lower depending on point of departure, destination, airfare, and hotel accommodations at the time of booking and travel. Dates and times of travel will be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
Prize must be used as specified or will be forfeited. An alternate winner may be selected only if time permits. In addition, in order to qualify for the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize Winner and the Grand Prize Winner's parent/guardian must satisfactorily sign and return to Sponsor, at or before such time as shall be designated by Sponsor, all documentation required hereunder, including without limitation, all required minor's approval documents. Failure to so provide all such documentation on a timely basis shall result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Grand Prize. Grand prize trip must be taken on the dates specified by Radio Disney, and if the winner is not available to travel on said dates, they can choose the cash option of $2,500 instead.
To claim prize, (a) Winner must provide proof of age, identity and residency, (b) Winner must, prior to July 15, 2008 (i) sign and return the attached Entrant's Release, (ii) sign and return the attached Affidavit of Eligibility (iii) sign and return all applicable minor's approval documentation required by Sponsor (c) Winner's parent/guardian must complete and sign all required documentation, including without limitation, the affidavit/release/prize acceptance form and the liability/publicity release required by Sponsor. All prizes will be awarded in parent's or guardian's name. Grand Prize travel must be finalized and all documentation for Grand Prize travel must be returned by July 20th, 2008, or prize may be forfeited. Grand Prize Winner and all travel companions must travel on the same itinerary.
In the event the Grand Prize winner lives within 150 miles of destination, alternate travel will be provided as determined in the sole discretion of the sponsor. In the event that alternate transportation in provided, the winner will not receive the airfare portion of the prize or any related compensation.
All expenses not specifically provided for herein are the Winner's sole responsibility. Some restrictions may apply.
Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Winner, who will receive a 1099 tax form reflecting actual value of any prize valued at $600 or more.
Certain portions of the Prize are subject to availability. Sponsor is not responsible for cancellation or preemption of the Meet and Greet (which has no retail value) or for any event associated with the Prize or for other circumstances that make it impractical or impossible to fulfill such an element of the prize.
VI. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the administrator, which shall be final in all respects.
In addition, by participating in this sweepstakes and accepting any prize that entrant's may win, entrants agree to release Sponsors, their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize ("Claim[s]").
Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor's sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.
To claim prize: (a) winner must provide proof of age, identity and residency; (b) winner must sign and return affidavit of eligibility/compliance with rules, publicity/liability release and indemnification; and (c) winner's intended guest(s) or travel companion(s), if any, must sign liability/publicity release, all within the time period specified by Sponsor.
Sponsor may require any of Trip guests to be accompanied on the Trip by his/her parent or guardian, who will count as one of the guests included in the prize. Sponsor may require all Trip guests' parents or guardians to execute and return a Release of Liability prior to the Trip.
VII. MISCELLANEOUS; WINNERS' LIST
Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the sweepstakes in the event of tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the sweepstakes as originally planned.
For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Radio Disney "Camp Rock Promotion" Winner List, 500 S Buena Vista, Burbank, CA 91521 within 60 days after sweepstakes end date.
