Archiver's High School Musical 3 Orlando Sweepstakes:

I. NAME OF SPONSOR(S)

Archiver's and Radio Disney Minneapolis, LLC (Hereininafter collectively referred to as “Sponsors”).

II. ELIGIBILITY

Sweepstakes are open to all legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia excluding Florida, NY and Rhode Island, age 14 years or younger as of July 1, 2008.

Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Archiver's, Radio Disney Minneapolis, LLC, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year.

III. HOW AND WHEN TO ENTER

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

Fill out an entry form at your nearest Archiver's. All registrants will receive a “High School Musical 2” poster or pin while supplies last.

Entries remain the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

Sweepstake begins July 1, 2008. All entries must be received by September 12, 2008.

Sponsors are not responsible for entries that are late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, mutilated, misdirected, altered, and tampered.

IV. HOW AND WHEN WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED AND NOTIFIED

One grand prize winner will be selected at random on or about September 12, 2008 from all valid entries received.

Winners will be notified by phone on or about September 15, 2008.

People who have won any other prizes on station within 90 days of entry are not eligible to enter this sweepstakes.

Odds of winning depend on number of valid entries received. Many will enter, only six will win.

V. PRIZE(S)

One grand prize winner will receive:

•Coach airfare for four (4) from Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport to an Orlando area airport. Travel must occur to include October 24, 2008. Flights are subject to availability. Blackout dates and some restrictions may apply.
•One (1) room for a family of four (4) (maximum of 4 persons per room) in an Orlando-area hotel of Sponsor's choosing for three (3) nights, based on availability.
•Four (4) tickets to the “High School Musical 3 Senior Year” screening at an Orlando theater.
•Limo transportation for four (4) to the Orlando area movie theater.
•Four (4) Park Hopper passes valid for 1 day.
2nd prize:
•A framed authentic Zac Efron costume from “High School Musical 2”.
3rd prize:
•“High School Musical 2” authentic prop- East High Wildcats yearbook.
4th prize:
•“High School Musical 2” authentic prop-East High Wildcats newspaper.
5th prize:
•“High School Musical 2” DVD.
6th prize:
• “High School Musical 2” Soundtrack CD.

APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF GRAND PRIZE: $4,000
APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF 2ND PLACE PRIZE: $500
APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF 3RD PLACE PRIZE: $100
APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF 4TH PLACE PRIZE: $50
APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF 5TH PLACE PRIZE: $20
APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF 6TH PLACE PRIZE: $20

Final actual value of Grand Prize at time of booking and travel may be substantially more or less depending on dates of travel, point of origin and ticket availability. Some restrictions apply.

All expenses not specifically provided for herein are the winner's sole responsibility. Some restrictions may apply.

Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize valued at $600 or more.

Winners are not entitled to exchange or transfer prizes or to obtain cash or other substitutes, but Sponsor in its sole discretion may substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

If won by a minor, prize will be awarded in parent's or guardian's name.

Portions of prize are subject to availability. Sponsor is not responsible for cancellation or preemption of show or for other circumstances that make it impractical or impossible to fulfill this element of the prize. This element of the prize has no approximate retail value, and if it becomes impractical or impossible to fulfill this element, Sponsor's only obligation will be to provide the remainder of prize.

VI. RELEASES

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the sweepstakes administrator, which shall be final in all respects.

By participating in this sweepstakes and accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to release Archiver's, Radio Disney Minneapolis, LLC, their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize.

Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor's sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.

To claim prize: (a) winner must provide proof of age, identity and residency; (b) winner must sign and return affidavit of eligibility/compliance with rules, publicity/liability release and indemnification; and (c) winner's intended guest(s) or travel companion(s), if any, must sign liability/publicity release, all within the time period specified by Sponsor.

If winner is a minor, parents must co-sign releases. Sponsor may require any of Trip guests to be accompanied on the Trip by his/her parent or guardian, who will count as one of the four (4) guests included in the prize. Sponsor may require all Trip guests' parents or guardians to execute and return a Release of Liability prior to the Trip.

VII. MISCELLANEOUS; WINNERS' LIST

Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the contest in the event of tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the contest as originally planned.
