Monday - Hi guys, this is LaShae. Tonight we rehearsed with the band, one of the players was so sick! He had to keep running off between songs and he was definitely "doing the dance" in between. Poor guy, now that's dedication! The songs are coming along really well, nothing like having a live band behind you!
Tuesday - Hi guys, it's all 3 of us (Ambria, LaShae and Natalie)! Today we went shopping for outfits for our show with B5. We got the cutest shoes on sale for 5 bucks, can you believe it 5 bucks! and some way cute jewelry too, it's all about the accessories! We had a blast trying things on for fun and for real. After, we went to dinner, nice to have some personal time together.
Wednesday - Hi, that is Natalie -- we are recording today. I am losing my voice! I had to go to the doctor and been trying teas and sprays but they aren't helping at all! The doctor had to put this camera up my nose and he found the problem!! Mold spores! I've never heard of anything like that before, I guess they get it a lot back in the South from the humidity. So he put this thing up my nose and had to shake and vibrate my throat to break up the spores! WOW!
Thursday - Hi, this is LaShae. After rehearsal we were pulling out of the driveway and Ambria parked her car kinda weird. She suddenly just kept going forward and hit the pole a little to get out! I was laughing so hard I called her and she was like "I wasn't about to back up one more time!" She doesn't mind the ding in her car, it wasn't noticeable:)
Friday -- Hi all, this is Ambria -- Luckily Nat could sing today! We also did some promos for RADD (recording artists against drunk driving) and NOYS (national organization for youth safety). We are teaming up with them for our school tour so we can perform for the schools and have a good message to go along with it. It's so fun to be a part of a good cause, I sure hope we can get our message out during the tour.
This is LaShae -- We couldn't stop laughing at the studio tonight cause Nat kept staring at me and getting close to my face while I was talking trying to make me break, it worked!!
Saturday - Hi guys, it's all of us!! Today's our show with B5!!! We're so excited to see them again. We did a show with them in Atlanta a couple of years ago. The show was so fun and the fans were way into it -- thanks guys!!! A lot of energy! Everyone was very accommodating we had food and trailers and got to get ready together! Great view of the lake and mountains! We are selling our new T's, even baby sizes! They're chocolate brown with baby pink writing and visa versa, way cute! Our favorite part is talking with fans after the shows, taking pictures and hearing what they liked most about it! (We felt so bad - Natalie fell off the side stairs off the stage after the show, we didn't even see it and don't think most of the crowd did either but then we had to help her hike up this hill to sign autographs, hope she's ok tomorrow.) Fun night, can't wait to see the video! -- Thanks Jim McMahon!!!
Sunday - Get to spend time with family, Sunday dinner at grandmas like always!
Monday - Hi, this is LaShae. Today we're flying out to L.A. for a photoshoot and some interviews. Darren and Thornell picked us up from the airport, we got some food and had a clothes fitting tonight. We didn't feel like the clothes were us, we weren't sure what we were gonna do but we'd figure it out tomorrow.
Tuesday - Hi, all of us here -- We met with BB Dakota in L.A. today thanks to Eric!! They gave us a whole bunch of clothes for our shows and tour. I couldn't believe it, we felt so lucky. We were definitely stylish for the photo shoot thanks to BB Dakota. We had a blast! We got the photo shoot done. The stylist put fun colors in our hair we took pictures in the studio and on the roof of this building! It was way fun!!
Wednesday - Hi, this is Natalie :) We got to hear the final masters of our album at NFE! They made some awesome changes we love the sound! Later we went with Eric to record some more lines for RADD and NOYS for their website, we're very excited to be a part of those organizations. We were all in such a crazy mood -- well, not so unusual for us -- We started singing and dancing around the studio and did the whole Beauty & the Beast CD. I think we're driving everyone crazy! Going home tomorrow.
Thursday - Hi guys, Ambria here -- We wanted to add a cover song into our show so we chose "I Love Rock 'n Roll" (classic) It was so cool rearranging it slightly to fit our own style. The band was awesome and we put together this cool breakdown right before the bridge where we did some building vocals, it's fun to be creative! Everything turned out better than we could have thought.
Friday - It's me, LaShae -- We did some interviews with local tv stations and magazines. We also shot a little video of interviews about ourselves and each other that was a blast! It's fun talking about things you like and what influences your music, we definitely learn more about each other that way.
Saturday - All of us -- We're heading home for the weekend! It's always fun to be on the road and it's always fun to come back home and be with family, we sure look forward to that! Next week we're off back to L.A. to record and do our interview with Radio Disney - WE CAN'T WAIT!!
