Wed April 4th
Ok - today I was flown to Dayton OH - this was a short notice trip. Apparently my label wanted me to cut some more records, so I am back in the studio today. I was reluctant at first, because I really like all the songs that are already on my album. But once we got started - I love them
Tuesday April 3rd
What a day - I chaperoned my little brothers field trip today - wow!
That was a lot of fun just to get away and chill with him and live his life for awhile. I really miss spending time with him when I am on the road.
Monday April 2nd
I had a very exciting day today. I was invited to sing the National Anthem for the Twins Home Opener. This was amazing! When I walked out and looked at the sold out stadium and realized that there were like 60,000 people there - I have to admit - it was like "wow" that is a lot of people. I did great though; at least that is what everyone was saying. After the song I got to hang out and watch the game in the box, Twins Won!!! O-yeah - they also gave me my very own Twins jersey "Bennett 07"!
Sunday April 1st
Family day - gotta love it. Just hung out with my brothers and chilled with the family.
Saturday March 31st
I flew home this morning from Atlanta - the flight wasn't so bad. I am tired today - and I will miss my Gram's it was cool being able to stay with her a few days while in Atlanta.
Friday March 30th
Today was a pretty relaxed day - I had a few press interviews, but for the most part of the day I was able to spend it out and about in Georgia with my Grandma. We headed down to College Park, GA to see a few friends, and then spent the rest of the evening at home with Family. My mom made the most amazing meal for all of us - Jerk Chicken - she is quite the cook. Our family is a riot - the evening was filled with jokes and laughs.
Thursday March 29th
In the studio today to re-make one of my all time favorite songs - "Take Five" This was so much fun! The coolest was that as I was in the studio both my Mom and my Grandma where here with me! They love this song too - and it made it so much fun to listen to their ideas too!
Wednesday March 28th
Got to spend just a few hours at home today in Minneapolis - mainly just to repack to head out again. I flew out tonight to head to Atlanta Georgia where I am going to work with a band to re-make one of my favorite Jazz songs. Should be exciting - we will see how it goes.
Tuesday March 27th
Finished "Get Bizzy" today - I had so much fun recording it. My mom is even on my background vocals! Tonight I am back on a plane headed home to Minneapolis.

Wow long day, we are working on this new track that Charles made just for me. This is a dance song! Written by my mother! That's right my mom worked with me on my album and boy let me tell you how great that was… Lots of cool ideas cause who knows me better than her!
Sunday March 25th
It was cool to sleep in a bit this morning and wake up to the beautiful Miami weather. My dancers and part of my management team flew out early this morning to head back to Minnesota - and later in the afternoon I boarded a flight directly to New York! Tomorrow I'm back in the studio with Charles Roane and his assistant Jordan - they are way cool
Saturday March 24th
Took part in the Jazz in the Gardens Fest today in Miami. The good thing is the rain held out while I was up on stage, it was really windy, but no rain. This was the first time my two new back up dancers came out with me. They did and excellent job - I am so excited about them. After my performance I returned to the fest later to see India Arie - she was amazing.
Friday March 23rd
