Born in Rockwall, Texas in 1991, Mitchel Musso began his auspicious acting career at the mere age of seven years. By the age of nine he began to audition for commercials and print work in Texas and work quickly came his way. He was featured in print campaigns for numerous brand-name companies.
It was inevitable that the talented newcomer venture to Hollywood. In his 16 years he already amassed an impressive list of credits in both television and film. He made his film debut with a co-starring role in "Secondhand Lions" with his real life younger brother, Marc, portraying Haley Joel Osment's cousin.
Musso was recently just honored with a "Rising TV Star" Award and he was also nominated for a Saturn Award. He recently made his musical debut this summer where he performed the song, "Let's Go," which he wrote and co-produced, hoping to include on his first album.
Currently, Musso is working on a song and music video for Disney's "Snow Dogs." In addition, he is slated to play the lead voice of caveman, Byron, in Disney's first ever animated movie of the week, "Byron Boulder."
Musso lives with younger brother, Marc, older brother, Mason (a musician), his parents and Golden Labrador, Stitch, in Los Angeles. His hobbies include skateboarding, basketball and snowboarding.
